All of the cited in texts sources should be included in the Bibliographic reference list. All of the points of the Bibliographic reference list should be cited in the text.
In accordance to the rules of extratextual references (DSTU 8302:2015 Bibliographic reference. General principles and rules of composition), the object of the reference may be all types of published or unpublished documents or their parts on any types of digital media (p. 4.2).

The bibliographic reference list should be alphabetized by last name of the authors or by titles. Multiple works by same author are to be listed in chronological order. If multiple publications are of the same date, a letter is added (2003a, 2003b…).
According to the out of text DSTU 8302:2015, in the title of the bibliographic record contains the information on one, two, or three authors, and names of the authors on information of their parts (separated by forward slash (/)) are not repeated (p. 4.4.)). On demand, more than three names can be listed in the title of bibliographic note of the out of text link (p. 4.4).
Instead of the “dot and dash” (. —) and “two slashes” ( // ), which separate parts of bibliographic description in the citation, it is recommended to use (.) (p. 4.4, sp. 4.9.1).
Citing an electronic resource it is allowed not to name such general notion as [Electronic resource]; the author may not give information on type of electronic data or programs; for a electronic address of a electronic resource instead of writing “Access mode” or “Access” it is permitted to write the abbreviation URL or URI; not to indicate the information on the source of title (“Title from a label, disc”, “Title from a screen” etc). In case of the electronic resource having a unique indicator DOI or other constant identifier it is advised to put down its identifier instead of address (p. 4.4., sp. 5.3.6, 7.4.4.3 - 7.4.4.5).
DOI should be listed for printed resources as well.
The title of the source should be listed in italics (pp. 4.9.1)
The title and the information (if one word) are not shortened (p. 4.5). Names of institutions are listed full, if they are not widely known.

In References, which doubles Bibliographic reference list in roman alphabet, the use of characters « // », « / », « - », « ; » and spaces before and after characters, is not permitted. «no.” stands for «№», instead of (« ») it is advised to use (“ “). According with APA style, parts of bibliographic record are separated with dots, commas, semicolons, parentheses, square brakets, italics (title of the document).
It is not permitted to transliterate roman letters, characters, with cyrillic ones.
In titles of periodicals and continued periodicals it is advised to capitalise all the words (Bibliotechnyi Visnyk, Visnyk Knyzhkovoi Palaty, Naukovi Pratsi Natsionalnoi Biblioteky Ukrainy Imeni V. I. Vernadskoho), but in titles of books only first word is capitalized, first word of the subtitle and proper names. The title of the cited source isn’t translated, only if the source is officially registered with English/other language title.
