Trachuk L. Сlient-oriented paradigm of development of Regional Universal Scientific LibrariesAbstract: The article is based on the necessary to approve the new concept of service in ukrainian libraries, focused on improving of customer service and keeping the status of the library as a social institution. The results of the research, which determines level of client orientation of electronic resources in ukrainian regional universal scientific libraries, are given.
