Brui O. Balanced scorecard as an effective tool of strategic management in library (On base of foreign publications)Abstract: The experience of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard’ s projects in various types of foreign libraries was summarized on base of publications in scientific journals. The conclusion that the usage of the Balanced Scorecard is effective strategic management tool was made.
