The Network of Ukrainian Military Libraries: the Current State and Prospects of Entry in the Social Communicative Space

Abstract: The article investigates a network of military libraries, reveals their features, functions, specific tasks, describes library resources, collection of documents. The sites of some modern military books collections and electronic libraries of military literature are analyzed, the necessity of developing a typical site of the Ukrainian military library is substantiated. The site should become an organic part of the library. With its successful development, military libraries can seriously declare themselves as full participants in the information communications system of tomorrow.
