Free Web-services for creating library multimedia products: a comparative analysis

Abstract: Free Web-services for creating library multimedia products: presentations and videos that can be used for the preparation of virtual exhibitions and advertisement of the events planned in the library are analyzed. Considered services require no installation on computer, their functions are activated via the Internet. First the complex comparative analysis with benchmarking methods of a large number of free Web-services that provide effective creation of multimedia information products is held. Based on a study of functional capabilities of each of them, the most comfortable for creating of information representational products with multimedia component are distinguished.
