Voroshylov O. Information analyst as a direction of work of modern libraryAbstract: It is noted in this article about the increasing of information-analytical activity of libraries caused by the development of informatization of society, the improvementof its self-organisation, updating the field of administrative activity and democratic processes. Basing on the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine the author examined the ways of creation by libraries their own informproducts and described the main types of information-analytical products of libraries, outlined promising directions of work in this area.
