Section: Place and role of libraries in forming of the national information space

Abstract: The process of library’s interactive communication with users at the present stage of scientific and technological development of mankind are considered. The position of libraries in the information space and their role in the electronic documental circulation, the transformation of traditional library environment in modern expert community are investigated.
