Leonov V. "Dutch disease" of russian bibliographyAbstract: Considering the problem of the 'Dutch disease' in relation to the Russian library and information activities the author draws attention to its symptoms: replacement of national innovations, price volatility for information resources, restructuring of profession and deterioration of education quality. To overcome these tendencies the author suggests depositing a part of the income from the sale of information products not in its reproduction, but in field of science and education as the basics for innovative development.
