Klochok S., Kotsіuba Ye. Acquisition, processing and accounting of digital resources of V. Vernadskyi National Library of UkraineAbstract: The problems of the formation of the scientific library of digital resources according to framework collection principle are described. A detailed study is developed the technological model digitizing at The Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, cataloging and recording of digital copies of various kinds of documentary resources. The formation of public access to digital resources and the preservation of the insurance fund of digital copies are considered.
