Rules of labor protection for employees of libraries: need of essential additions

Abstract: Article analyzes the "Rules of labor protection for workers libraries" based on a factors of professional-functional environment library. Three groups of factors that affect the library personnel during professionalism ergonomic, production and labor process. Examined relationship of environmental factors of working conditons.
