Site Content Management: Experience of Yakub Kolas Central Scientific Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus

Abstract: The article presents the experience of the Departement of marketing research of the Central Scientific Library of the NAS of Belarus in management of the organization’s website. The author indicates the tasks, functional purpose of the content manager of library site, methods of optimizing a web resource for specific purposes, describes tools to determine its effectiveness.
