Printed book and electronic book: dialogue between librarian and bookseller

Abstract: The article deals with the contemporary problems facing book publishers and libraries due to the fact that the new electronic publications appear in the Ukrainian book market. The article focuses on the new requirements for libraries activity, the role of a librarian, possible cooperation with publishers. The problems of the copyright, electronic libraries creation, reading culture are discussed.
