Innovative analytical and informational products of the regional Ukrainian universal scientific libraries

Abstract: The article reveals the features of content and functional purpose of new types of information and analytical products of the regional universal scientific libraries. Prime examples of informational-analytical products of the regional universal scientific libraries of Ukraine are made. Digests as a type of informational-analytical products, which is widespread in the practice of the regional universal scientific libraries for providing the information needs of users, are examined.
