Modernization strategy of development of the national library and information sector

Section: Innovative model of scientific library in the XXIth century

Abstract: The article analyzes the conceptual development of modern strategies and development models as library-information sphere, and other separate library and information institutions in the period of globalization and development of digital technologe. The necessity for establishing a national strategy for the development of library and information field activities should be based on models of modernization.
