The role of information and communication management system in modeling of priority directions of modern library’s activityAbstract: The article is dedicated to the problem of system management priorities of the library, and the most important among them nowadays is the formation of electronic resources. We propose a conceptual model of information and communication library management (CMICLM) and determine its relationship with the subject to management. We have analyzed and structured volumes of primary (internal and external) and secondary (law-administrative and analyzing-predictive) data to be used in library management. We have determined that the scientific and practical value in the study and the conceptual modeling of the formation of electronic resources and significant prospects provides archetype vision of problems while using the system of cognitype complemented by convergent approach, that provides the necessary conditions for comparison and convergence for the process of management problems solving .till the intended effect.
