Neshcheret M. Accounting of results of the reference and bibliographic services in the Russian State LibraryAbstract: An unified registration and an account of results of a reference-bibliographic service – the major condition of scientifically proved planning of an information work of a library. Conducting a uniform quantitative and qualitative registration allows to study in full a spectrum of information needs of various categories of users, to reveal lacks of separate parts of system of a reference-bibliographic service, to define tendencies of its development. At the same time a problem of a registration and an account still causes difficulties, first of all, by virtue of ambiguity of understanding of objects of an account. The purpose of the report of Marina Neshcheret to present the general classification and the characteristic of kinds of the answers, which are subjected to the account in reference-bibliographic service, on the basis of generalization of experience of the Russian state library.
