Maloletova N. German national library in Leipzig: the main trends of activitiesAbstract: The article is focused on the activities of Germany’s national library in Leipzig – the central archive library and the country’s national bibliographic centre, as well as the largest universal library of the German language environment. Considered are also the questions of its foundation, the main trends of activities during different periods of its existence, its collaboration in national and international projects, particularly concerning advanced electronic technologies. It also highlights specific character of bookexchange activities with NLUV.
