Amlinskyi L. Library comfort: luxury or time demandAbstract: This article deals with the library comfort’s concept as an important component of libraries competitiveness in the dynamic development of scientific information infrastructure in modern society. Much attention was paid to the psychological comfort of readers and librarians. Such questions as library – architectural psychology and architecture – psychological research as necessarily prerequisites for purposeful planning, organizing and technical equipment of modern libraries for the benefit of readers and librarians were discussed.
