Аннотация: У статті висвітлюються наукові та технологічні аспекти організації електронних інформаційних ресурсів. Проаналізовано особливості формування, наукового опрацювання та обслуговування повнотекстовими електронними документами. Визначено найближчі перспективи розвитку електронних бібліотечно-інформаційних ресурсів.^UThe article highlights the scientific and technological aspects of electronic information resources. The features of the formation, scientific elaboration and service of full-text electronic documents are analyzed. The coming prospects for the development of electronic library and information resources are determined.^RВ статье раскрываются научные и технологические аспекты организации электронных информационных ресурсов. Проанализированы особенности формирования, научной обработки и обслуживания полнотекстовыми электронными документами. Определены ближайшие перспективы развития электронных библиотечно-информационных ресурсов.

Аннотация: У статті виокремлено принципи формування переліку наукових журналів НАН України з метою їх глибшої інтеграції в міжнародний наукометричний простір. Розглянуто критерії оцінювання рівня наукових періодичних видань за кількісними показниками, зокрема, за імпакт-фактором. Зазначено, що всі періодичні видання, представлені в інформаційному ресурсі «Наукова періодика України» Національної бібліотеки України імені В. І. Вернадського (НБУВ), коректно індексуються пошуковою системою Google Scholar з можливістю створювати наукометричні портрети наукових журналів. Висвітлено інтеграцію фахової бібліотечної періодики НБУВ у міжнародні інформаційно-аналітичні та пошукові системи, присвоєння міжнародного цифрового ідентифікатора DOI науковим виданням НБУВ.^UThe article analyzes the state of inclusion of scientific journals of NASU in the international scientometric space. The evaluation criteria of the level of scientific periodicals by quantitative indicators are considered, in particular, one of the popular scientometric indices of influence of a scientific publication – impact factor (IF) is considered. It is stated that all scientific periodicals, presented in the information resource "Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine" of the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (VNLU), are correctly indexed by the Google Scholar search engine with the possibility to create a scientometric portrait of scientific journals. VNLU has developed a system of "Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science", which displays ratings based on Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science, and an electronic library "Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine", which introduces a basic index of periodicals integration into the scientific communications system for appropriate assessment of scientific professional edition. Blighty scientific professional librarian periodicals now have sites that meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science, are presented in international in formation-analytical and search systems and receive a digital DOI for articles and lists cited literature. The article highlights the integration of VNLU library professional periodicals into the international information-analytical and search systems, the assignment of the international digital identifier DOI to the scientific publications of the VNLU.

Аннотация: ^UThe goal of the article is to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the scientific journal website as a tool of the knowledge management system, especially in relation to its communication policy and research in the Internet, and to develop on this basis recommendations for improving the system of operational dissemination of new scientific knowledge. Research methods. To achieve the goal a range of scientific approaches and methods were used, such as theoretical, systemic and structural approaches; empirical methods, methods of comparative and logical analysis. The scientific novelty consists in analyzing the main tasks of creating a website of a scientific periodical and presenting the functions it should provide; presentation of criteria for assessing the level of domestic scientific journals; analyzing the requirements of international scientometric databases and analytical search systems for scientific periodicals to be presented on the website, in presenting the results of the analysis of the communicative effectiveness of the sites of scientific journals on the example of the periodicals of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine. Conclusions. It should be noted that the results of the study confirmed a fairly high level of communicative effectiveness of the sites of scientific journals of the periodicals of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine, the relevance of the thematic focus of sections of journals and research authors. Further research should be aimed at developing and justifying a system of measures to more actively promote the sites of scientific periodicals in foreign markets, in particular, using the capabilities of social networks.

Аннотация: Мета статті – аналіз стану інтеграції наукових періодичних видань Національної академії наук України у світовий наукометричний простір, розгляд основних міжнародних баз даних, доступних українським науковим виданням, зокрема, Index Copernicus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Реферативної бази даних "Україніка наукова", виокремлення принципів сучасних тенденцій розвитку науки. Методи дослідження. Застосовувалася низка наукових підходів та методів – теоретичний, системний, структурний підходи; методи порівняльного та логічного аналізу, класифікаційний метод, джерелознавчий аналіз, аналіз веб-сайтів. Наукова новизна полягає в розкритті готовності входження наукових видань Національної академії наук України у міжнародний наукометричний простір – наявність ISSN, міжнародного цифрового ідентифікатора DOI (Digital Object Identifier), веб-сайту видання, які є необхідними умовами для включення журналу до міжнародних наукометричних баз та пошукових систем; у висвітленні індексування академічної наукової періодики у найбільших у світі реферативно-бібліографічних та наукометричних базах даних Scopus та Web of Science, участі наукових журналів Національної академії наук України у системі Open Journal Systems (OJS). Висновки. Важливим інструментом оприлюднення та розповсюдження результатів наукових досліджень є їх розміщення у журнальних виданнях, зокрема у наукових періодичних виданнях Національної академії України як найбільш динамічній складовій інформаційного простору. Саме тому журнальні статті стають пріоритетним джерелом отримання інформації та об’єднання знань з усіх галузей науки, посідають важливе місце в системі наукових комунікацій.^UThe purpose of the article is to analyze the state of integration of the electronic archive of scientific periodicals of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine into the global scientometric space, to consider the main international databases available to Ukrainian scientific publications, in particular Index Copernicus, Directory of Open Access Journals, the Reference Database "Ukraine scientific", setting out the principles of modern trends in the development of science. Research methods. A number of scientific approaches and methods were applied – theoretical, systemic, structural approaches; methods of comparative and logical analysis, classification method, source analysis, and website analysis. The scientific novelty consists in analyzing the readiness of scientific editions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to enter the international scientometric space – the presence of an ISSN, an international digital identifier DOI, a website of the publication, which are necessary conditions for including the journal in international scientometric databases and search engines; in the coverage of the indexing of academic scientific periodicals in the world’s largest abstract-bibliographic and scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science, participation of scientific journals of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the Open Journal Systems. Conclusions. An important tool for publicizing and disseminating the results of scientific research is their placement in journal publications, in particular in scientific periodicals of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine as the most dynamic component of the information space. That is why journal articles become a priority source of obtaining information and combining knowledge from all branches of science and occupy an important place in the system of scientific communications.
