Personification of information in the knowledge infrastructure as a modern origin of authority work at the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to study the individual author of "IA" as an object of authoritative work, indicating the problem of harmonizing the methodology of formulating unified access points in both authoritative and bibliographic records to expand the search capabilities of scientific information. Research methodology. The method of solving the specified problem is the unification of the information volume of the authoritative record, which is provided by filling in the corresponding fields with an extended system of information about the person. The result of the research can be considered a new technological process of step-by-step creation of an authoritative record for a person who wrote under different pseudonyms, namely: the initial informational content of the authoritative record is carried out during the creation of the bibliographic record of the document with its subsequent expansion and filling of the necessary fields in the working authoritative record sheets. Scientific novelty. The novelty of the considered problem is the possibility of realizing the personification of information in the scientific environment, which demonstrates the humanistic paradigm of special attention to "authorship", in other words, "author identification". This focuses attention on the intersection of the subject of creative work, the interests of the author and the needs of the information seeker. Establishing the exact identification of the scientist’s authorship is of particular importance in the course of scientific research, scientific analytical, library and information activities of the scientist, which corresponds to the concept of the development of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine as a scientific institution. Such an approach to the personification of science has not been considered by anyone before. Conclusions. The practical significance of the considered topic is the improvement of the creation of an authoritative individual author file to ensure a conscious search for information in the knowledge infrastructure. New technological requirements regarding the information space of libraries in the field of knowledge require a detailed study and development of a methodology for filling in each element of an authoritative record and its effective use in the process of searching for the necessary information.
